A moose the lightning went into and never left. The scars across its hide are the pattern current draws through living tissue, and its antlers are not bone any more but fulgurite - sand pulled into glass by heat. It guards a clearing it burnt itself. Nothing grows there and nothing else lives there, and the camps around its edge belong to people who came before you. You find out you have walked into it when the ground begins to hum.
The fight
- Three phases; the last is fought on a floor it has charged itself.
- Lightning from it charges a creeper, as a storm does.
- What it leaves is what is left of its antlers: the Lightning Antler.
